Could aliens be closer than we think. UFO's have been recorded throughout our history..... I was was watching a documentry on USO's and i wondered if the common grey could originate from our own ocean. I once saw a photo of a cat that was dwarfed, it said the cat was born and raised in a submarine.... and i thought grey's are said to be short. Then i thought about their eyes...... If they lurk in the ocean they would need big eyes to capture enough light to see.... Just a thought i had.

You make a good point. But as you can see it is a stretch. There is allot that is not known about what exactly went on in history. More so for alien involvement. There are in fact some odd accounts of oceanic events that make what you say not completely absurd. But not exactly what happened either. Humaniod forms walking around on two legs is not the favorite of sea life.

If you look into a good telescope you will see many other places the grays could have established so there is no need at all for them to start here. Nothing indicates that they are so closely aquatic.

A short body is better for life in a space ship. Most of what limits the time vessels spend out away from civilization is food and whatever it takes to keep you alive, a smaller body would consume less resources and extend the operating time and range.

I have seen mentions in history of aliens rising form the seas, but they were in other context. An aquatic life form would also have traces of his aquatic nature, the two environments are different enough to necessitate totally different designs. A small and skinny life form would a very poor choice for swimming as evidenced by most fish. So I think we can assume that if they come out of the ocean, it is not because they live there or have even been under there long for that matter.

PS. Why is this in the religious section anyway? Seems to me it should moved.

We are evolved, so Darwin says from Braciating monkeys from trees. (yeah, simple version)

but look at the alien accoutns and they don't look like they had the same evolution beginnings,
I am guessing an amphibian form would fit their origins, and with their eyes so big and
poor skill of escape and eyes to front, I would say in their lineage their anscetors had
few or no natural predators.

Or they evolved from a plant form, shrugs, some claim this makes sense, I have trouble with
it.
