We were discussing this on another thread. The video does not play but there is an image there of the lunar surface. It looks like a Clementine image which was a US Navy probe and not a NASA one as the caption suggests. The Clementine lunar atlas is a composite of lots of small square images. Some of them are out of place. I think this is a problem in the database of images with some placed in the wrong order. It has not been airbrushed, because you can see that the out-of-place area has straight borders and is in fact square. If you look at the Clementine Lunar Map you can see its composite structure. Apparently they've updated the map, so maybe they'll have removed some of the errors.
