I looked further into the case (http://www.ufos-aliens.co.uk/cosmiccarlos.htm) and I'm still not sold.
The website talks of "indisputable photographs," yet the only picture they show as an example could be ANYTHING, and I have been unable to locate anymore. A fit fishy, eh?
