Why is it that I have such a fear of some alien images, but not others?
There have been several images of similar looking aliens, that I have had such a great fear of, and yet, others I think are comical.... http://www.rapimentialieni.org/jeff_morgan...rey_alien14.jpg http://ufocasebook.com/waltonaliens.jpg http://www.jerrypippin.com/bbhill02.jpg I am being honest to god, but those images scare the shit out of me... Why should I be so afraid of them? -------------------- -CM2

I find nothing fearful about them.
Dunno, c.m.2. Perhaps it is a rooted fear from something unrelated, but the sight of them triggers it. -------------------- QUEST FOR THE REAL TRUTH |

I'm going out on a limb here but perhaps you had an "encounter" you cannot recollect and the sight of similar pictures brings back that recollection in a fearful manner...Try out hypnosis, it doesn't work for everyone but you might be able to confront whatever fear(s) you may have and succumb them.

primeval fear, its what keeps you alive.Aliens are unknown(if they exist)man has fear of the unknown.Grays aren't the most attractive beings around either. Primitive man learned to instinctually fear animals that were of the Dragon species (those anmals that were used to composite together the Dragon mythology eg. Snakes, wolves, bats, large raptor birds) in the same way, animals that have even a hint of danger are registered by the brain as a threat. *remember* the saying "I don't trust him, he has those beady close set eyes"?? Look at the herbavores, eyes on sides of head to scope for predators, Look at predators, eyes set like the humans on the front of the skull viewing forward to accommadate easy attack posture, and ease to adjust for the draw down and kill. The aliens you showed all had eyes that were large, true like a deer, but they also had the sharp edges to the eye lids on the outer ends, like a wolf in stalk, attack mode. There is something to this intinctual fear that serves us, most times. Though dogs my attack without a warning in their face or eyes, more often than not the animal that is preparing to attack will give *tells* and those tells are often HARDWIRED into our instincts as warnings to get the heck outta Dodge.
