And by it, I mean we.
Perhaps we are filled with so much power to govern our own existence that it overwhelms us.
Such responsibility shouldn't be given to us alone. So we hide from our responsibility and decide to forfeit our power, willingly.
Supernatural mumbo jumbo, prophetic nonsense, godly and demonic beings, created by us to give the illusion that things are simply out of our control.
Perhaps life is simply more interesting that way, since we wont feel as guilty when we fail at a task.
perhaps its more appealing, then accepting a reality where everything can be answered and accounted for.
Perhaps thinking that Albert Einstein was just a god given genius, is more appealing then the reality that he may have been just like you or me.
Perhaps the Christ is more in love with himself then god, maybe he thinks so highly of himself that he can preach the words of a god, vanity may have lead him to think a portion of his being is god like, so we just see him in a light that he has obtained or understands something we simply cannot, Maybe the christ understands no more then you or I.
