Looks like Jimmy Page, JPJ and Jason Bonham (Bonzo's son) are recording, or at least jamming, no sighn of Robert Plant yet but he is touring elsewhere at the minute so fingers crossed. What a treat if they do, new material, and who knows, maybe they would tour. Never thought I would get to take my kids to a Led Zep concert. Fingers crossed smile.gif
I will keep you posted with the news.

Cheers for the news Dundee of course Robert doesnt have to be there for Zep to record he could record his parts in a studio while on tour and send them to Pagey and co then they just synch the music and vocals together mix it then hey presto a new Zep album i hope you get to take your kids to see Zep on tour there were a couple of bands i never thought i would see they were Deep Purple mk II i saw them headline the Knebworth Festival in 85 also the original Kiss in make up but i saw them headline Donington in 96 the only band i really wanted to see but never got to was YES with Rick Wakeman, Steve Howe, Jon Anderson, Chris Squire & Alan White now Wakeman doesnt want to tour and Anderson had breathing problems its unlikely i'll ever see them live still theres plenty of DVD footage

Yeah your right of couse, he could record anywhere. What did you think of Deep Purple and Kiss, I saw kiss on there 1980 world tour i think it was. Most spectacular show I have ever seen next to Pink Floyd. I saw Floyd after Roger Waters Left but it was still fantastic. Funny though, I am an Aussie and I never made it to see ACDC, but I hear they are recording again so I guess another tour for them is on the cards also. I have promised to take my kids to see them if they do, hehe, I have succesfully braainwashed them to loving all the old good stuff.
Cheers

Well good on you for brainwashing your kids lol i saw AC/DC at Newcastles Mayfair club a few days before Bon Scott died they were brilliant i've since seen AC/DC with Johnna ( Brian Johnson ) and he is equally as good its hard to believe Johnna's been in the band 25 years Deep Purple were brilliant they played everything no ego's Blackmore was outstanding i wish he would re-form Rainbow with Ronnie James Dio as for KISS i had seen them in 1988 at Donington but without the make-up and without Peter & Ace 96 was a diffrent show altogether the stage was transformed into the inside cover of KISS ALIVE II we had everything as well as singing my lungs out we had a flying Gene $immons spitting blood and breathing fire Ace's rocket firing smoking flying Les Paul guitar Peter singing Beth and Paul was just well Paul, the ultimate front man all in full make-up costumes fireworks all the hits and 2 hours were nothing in the world mattered
