SD....I wouldn't put much stock in mr carner......why can't dulce have a school or a municipal buidlings near or in the town.....near the center of town adjacent to houses doesn't qualify as the middle of no where to me.

None the less, I still feel there is ample reason to suspect there may be an underground base there.

It would be interesting to know just where those pictures were taken.

I think that it is highly possible that there can be an underground base in that location.

just because it looks like a subway, doesnt mean its a subway.

it is after all and underground facility, i dont see why it would look much different then a subway.

of course there would be some type of tram, to take you further into the base.

There is all kinds of stuff going on in new mexico, it is a hotbed for alien activity.

to state otherwise, you would either have to be a die hard skeptic, or someone who just ignores the obvious, for their own selfish reasons.

vyrtigo.....there very well could be an underground base near by......I mean look at Cheyenne Mountain or Greenbriar. Underground facilities make sense as they are harder to detect and to destroy. I remember the underground facilities at a former nike base....so yes I believe in underground bases.

I agree underground bases if they are larger would require a transportation system.....miners have been using such things for years.

I agree that there is a good amount of goings on in New Mexico. Due to its isolation there a number of research facilities, Los Alamos, White Sands.....the list goes on......and no doubt some facilities have underground portions.

Let me clarify myself better, I have not seen any any evidence that there is an human/alien base underneath the dulce area. Neither have I seen any convincing evidence showing aliens are abundant in New mexico. While there is a high amount of UFO activity but as I have said with the number of secret (but earthly) projects ongoing in the southwest that is to be expected.

My apologies but I've not seen anything obvious.

I don't know if any of you have come across this information before but for those that haven't I would like to post this information that I have come across;

DULCE BASE, NEW MEXICO.

While some are spending their time scrutinizing Area 51 and thinking that's so important, DULCE is said to be the " Crown Jewels " that we're all being distracted from; The Big Tamale.
FUNCTION; Alien Interface, Rese4arch of Mind Related Functions, Genetic Experiments, Mind Control Training and Re-Programming. There are 7 known levels.

LEVEL 1 - Garage for " Street Maintainance ".
LEVEL 2 - Garage for trains, Shuttles, Tunnel Boring Machines and Disc Maintainance.
LEVEL 3 - Everyone is weighed, in the nude, then given a jump suit uniform. The weight of the person is put on a Computer I.D. Card each day. Any weight change of over Three pounds results in a Physical Examination and X-Ray.
LEVEL 4 - Human Research in " Paranormal Areas ", Mental Telepathy, Mind Control, Hypnosis, Remote Viewing, Astral Travelling etc. The Technology is apparently here to allow them to know how to manipulate the " Bioplasmic Body ". Developement of a Laser Weapon that can remotely cause burns and discomfort on its target. They can lower your heartbeat with " Deep Sleep Delta Waves " inducing a static shock, then Re-programme via a Brain-Computer link.
LEVEL 5 - Alien Housing. The room is circular for the Electro Magnetic Generator is nearly 200 feet in diameter and covers the Fifth and Sixth levels ( extreme West, South Wing ). There are five entrances ( plus an escape trap-door on the sixth floor ) on each floor. Each portal has a double door. The security is severe. Armed Guards patrol constantly and in addition to weight sensitive areas there are Hand Print and Eye Print Stations. On this level is the device that powers the transfer of Atoms.
LEVEL 6 - This is known as " Night-mare Hall ". It holds the Genetic Labs. Experiments are done on, Fish, Seals, Birds and Mice that are vastly altered from their original forms. There are, Multi-armed and Multi-legged humans, and several cages and vats of humanoid, bat-like creatures up to 7 feet tall. Aliens have taught the Humans lots about genetics, things both useful and dangerous.
LEVEL 7 - This is the worst level with Humans in cages, usually drugged or dazed crying out for help. There are rows and rows of 1,000's humans and human mixture remains in cold storage. On this level are also kept embryos of Humanoids in various stages of developement. There are also vats containing Human Children's remains.

It is suspected that below Level 7 there are other levels unexplored by Humans which contain Aliens. It is also suspected that there are exits into a vast underground cavern series.
It is also believed that there is a vast array of Tunnels that connect to; Colorado Springs, Colorado Creed, Colorado Datil, Los Alamos(N.M.), Page, Arizona Sandia Base and Taos(N.M.)
The Dulce Installation (upper levels) was originally constructed by the Rand Corporation. There are reported to be over 3,000 cameras at various high-security locations.

Here is one of the latest items on Dulce:

"Underground Base" conference to be held in Dulce in March, 2009!!

by Norio Hayakawa

The first "Underground Base" conference is tentatively scheduled to be held in the town of Dulce, New Mexico next March. This unprecedented gathering in the town of Dulce will take place on Sunday, March 29, timed right in with the Aztec UFO Conference 2009 which will be held on March 27 and 28 in Aztec, New Mexcio, an hour and a half away from Dulce. In the Aztec Conference I am privileged to present the topic: REALITIES BEHIND THE STATE OF MIND: AREA 51 AND DULCE.

As for the Dulce "Underground Base" Conference (Sunday, March 29), it will be held at the Best Western Jicarilla Inn. The conference room, unfortunately, can accommodate only about 25 people the most, but, with extra chairs, it is possible to squeeze in about 35 people. Anyway this one-day conference in Dulce, which will start at 10 a.m., is entitled: DULCE BASE, FACT OR FICTION?

We are planning, of course, to invite some of the residents of Dulce, including the families of former police chief, Raleigh Tafoya, along with the families of former Forest Ranger Dispatcher of Dulce, all of whom I got to know last year upon my second visit to Dulce.
The conference will be open to the publc-at-large of Dulce, as well.

The decision to have a public announced "underground base" conference right in the town of Dulce came about because of the success of a 1991 Area 51 conference in Rachel, Nevada in which we invited the public-at-large, including anyone affiliated with the Groom Lake complex itself. That conference drew about 95 people, some of whom (anonymous, of course) could very welll have been affiliated with the base. Similarly, in 1998 the first People's Rally at Area 51 was held right at the boundary line on Groom Lake road. It drew about 200 people from all over the U.S. as well as a few from Canada. It became a major news item in the Las Vegas Review Journal: http://www.reviewjournal.com/lvrj_home/199...news/index.html
Within seven years of the Rally, the government admitted that the base exists officially and just last year, the government announced that compensation will be made to the workers who suffered from illness due to toxic chemicals.

Dulce, however, is a different story. So far, there has not been any solid, physical evidence whatsoever that there is a base near Dulce, such as deep under the Archuleta Mesa. It has all been hearsay. In fact, I would say that most of the 4000 townsfolk there do not believe that there is an underground base there. But, when it comes to UFOs, most of the population there believe in the sightings, since beginning with the mid-70's and lasting till the mid-80's, the entire town of Dulce was overwhelmed by frequent sightings of strange lights over the town. Not only that but many ranchers in the nearby communities began to report mysterious cattle mutilations during that time. Many Dulce officials attended the first Cattle Mutilations conference in Albuquerque in 1978, including then police chief, Raleigh Tafoya.

It was sometime during the mid-80s that rumors of an underground base surfaced…and still continues to this day, so much so that the entire town of Dulce has become associated with the alleged "underground base". Just do a google search on Dulce, New Mexico and one can get untold number of items relevant to this topic.

Is the town of Dulce bothered by this unusual association with "underground base"? Probably, although the bulk of the townsfolk seem to take it all with a grain of salt. I have my own wild theory on this subject:

WAS DULCE, NEW MEXICO, A NUCLEAR WASTE DUMPING GROUND? http://noriohayakawa2012.blogspot.com/2008...lear-waste.html

Upon my second visit to Dulce last year, I was quite surprised that in the gift shop at the Best Western Jicarilla Inn, there were a few T-shirts that said "Dulce, Home of the Underground Base", or something to that effect. In other words, some officials there may not mind if more people come there to spend some money, for example, at the casino there or for purchasing fishing and hunting licenses. Will it be good for a little tourism? However, will this conference put an end, once and for all, that there are no underground bases in or near Dulce? It will be fascinating.

The Inn will allow the use of the meeting room for a full day....and the entire total cost of the use of the meeting room is only $75.
Therefore, the cost to the public will only be about $2 a person, if, let's say, 35 people show up.
We will also invite local newspaper reporters, as well as some local TV news crew from Farmington.
Again, if anyone is interested in helping us with the logistics, etc., please e-mail me at:

(I am based in Rio Rancho, right next to Albuquerque)
