Anybody heard of this? its a strange disease with terrible symptoms. Patients report insects and worms crawling out of their skin, and colorful fibers growing out of them from all parts of the body. its supposed to make your skin itch very badly

Hmm... This is definitely interesting. If it does exist, why are the authorities not acknowledging it? I'd really like to get a list of those affected, "patients" if you will & email them.

Apparently the CDC formed a commitee in January 2006 to find out if it's an actual disease. You would think with the sort of technologies we have today it would be rather easy to tell.

No offense to anybody that thinks they have this disease, but I think it's complete crap. I can tell you however that i live with eczema and it's hell, but these weird parasite stories are either mentally ill people, or people who are craving attention.

I will tell you this first hand, because I have skin rashes and dry skin:

A) When you have sensitive skin, it gets very crawly
B) If you itch your skin a lot, a rash will form pretty quickly
C) If you scratch a rash deep, it's probably the most painful thing in the world
D) When you stop scratching a rash for long enough, it goes away

In my opinion, if you claim to actually 'see' flies popping out of your skin, you need help. I think that what's going to happen is doctors are going to research it, realize it's fake, and that's going to be the end of it. It reminds me of those chemtrail freaks... it's the same deal - a hoax.

It could just be somebody who has a gut and some insect laid its eggs in the cut. Someone I know was in a car crash and they had a huge gash on their face and a lump formed. A week later the lump had moved and they later found out that a spider had crawled into the wound and laid its eggs there and the " lump " was all the baby spiders. Its pretty gross but that could be one explination.

funny i should come across this....when I was younger I always had a terrifying nightmare that my cousin had a disease exactly like what you explained (morgellons) in which there were worms crawling through her body and I was there and contracted it as well.

It was so scary but my mother always just brushed it off as my fear of bugs playing out in my dreams. But I'm only really afraid of spiders and wasps. There was even I time when I was younger I had pet worms.

It probably was nothing but who knows, it could be more than just a coincidence ?

I hate to bring this up, since Acid Theatre(LOVE the name! I, myself, have seen with Jimi's eyes and became 'experienced'...many many many many many...) is adament about his theory, but has anyone ever heard of a 'tape worm'? Trichanosis?(sic)

Don't get me started on what is in the gut and at the roots of your eyelashes....eeeeewwwwwww!!!!!
