According to my opinion there are no laws in the universal creation, but it is everything casual.
All is casually produced without pre-arranged rules.
All transforms him, and all continually changes.....

Sorry, then. But I do not know what 'creation' you are talking about. Can you expand?

oh yes, sorry it was a bit general.the creation of this universe,do the same laws apply elsewhere as do here.Does time gravity and mass always stay in a constant.

While you would have to go there to confirm our observations seem to be that the same physical laws seem to apply everywhere.

Time by its very definition in relativity is a variable. There is however no observable evidence that all time frames of reference move in anything but forward motion. Nothing in relativity predicts anything other than forward motion, although many have speculated on other options.

The uncertainty principle says that on a subatomic level there is an unpridictable aspect to nature, however this is still within physical laws. Jump off a very tall building. Laws of gravity say you will fall and break some bones. The uncertainty principle says you cannot predict exactly which molecular bonds will break.

There has been some speculation that far from any galaxy in a very empty region of space gravity and light speed may be different, but this is pure speculation with nothing to support it.

We just don't know very much. The more we learn reveals a larger landscape where our level of ignorance grows ever larger.

Depends on what is being created exactly.
