Its a pity that people facing that directly wouldn't see it to turn right.....

It looks like a light artifact from the point of view to the camera.

Locally enhanced precipitation organized by planetary-scale waves on Titan : Nature Geoscience : Nature Publishing Group
It's taken me all night to figure out what it meant by the arrow... I was looking through the dark clouds for ages thinking "It's not there?"
