i agree with you there traveler ... I rather just know that i believe in god ,and study /pray as much as i can , and not get myself in a position where people want to decide what religion i should belong to ...

I felt that the experience was pertinent to the thread what I perceived in my opinion was not alien but of the spirit realm.

I tend to just call myself Christian as in "In Christ"

Some time back I just left the denominations behind and delved into the scriptures myself without taking any preconceived doctrines along with me.

What I have found and what I have come to understand has placed me in a position where I do not seem to fit into any existing denomination anyway.

if you don't mind my asking are you pentecostal or just don't put yourself in a category?my mom is pentecostal ... me on the other hand i believe in God,and that he's all powerful. I don't have a religion since in my eyes humans decided to segregate themselves based on what they believe in ,and in the process they lost their way to the truth ...
