Thread: Mass Effect 3

Just beat the game got a sad but beautiful ending. Won't go into it but dammit there better be a Mass Effect 4! LOL.. or prelude to 1 or even play through another aliens struggles. There is much loir of the game to work with.....

Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh I'm so looking forwards to completing it now.
I've heard a lot of bad about the ending.
But I trust that most people are idiots and won't get it.
Or, it might just be bad. I'll have it finished by this weekend...

I heard a lot of fans were pist. But ya I think they are a bunch of idiots lol. I almost shed a tear that's how touching the ending was LMAO!

I'm exagerrating a bit but yeah nothing wrong with the ending...

No Xeno, the ending was just plain bad. Once you finish it I'll go into detail on why they aren't done. They basically finish the game with a notice telling you to buy DLC. I've been looking into it and in a poll of 50,000 90% of people hate the ending.

I've not completed it yet, but I couldn't resist reading into it (It'd take me ages to finish... I finish every subquest and challenge...)... It does seem, like you said, they've left it open for DLC.
Apparently they also said "keep your saves", meaning that, whilst your previous actions didn't have much effect on the original ending, they will do greatly on this "we're sorry" DLC ending.

No, the reason people are pissed is because the endings are nearly identical. It's not that they didn't understand in fact the whole thing is actually something else entirely instead of what it appears to be. Beautiful doesn't being to describe the piece of shit Bioware produced in that ending. I can't really talk about it without ruining it for Xeno but you know exactly what I'm talking about. Multiple breakthroughs don't change shit. Your decisions didn't matter all that mattered was what was your favorite color.

Just finish it and you'll understand but I'm on the side of this theory that seems really likely and if true it's a mindfuck for the ages and makes Mass Effect 3 an amazing game. However if the ending is just to be taken at face value it makes my game of the year a forgettable experience.

Wow really? I thought it was one of the best endings in all of the games I have ever played. Recent games I've played lol. It wasn't really a we're not done with the game go buy a dlc ending that was just if you wanted to I guess I should put SPOILER ALERT but not really one.....


Only if you wanted to do more missions before the end of the game.


IDK I liked all of this one all the way down to the ending. I wonder which ending most of these people have got to not like it so much? I got a pretty dramatic one...

We can do this without spoiling it for him. There are 3: Blue, Green, and Red. Just answer one of those colors. I got red. Prior to the ending however it was the best game I'd ever played. Post ending unless DLC comes out to either continue/change it Mass Effect 2 still holds its crown.
