My favorite 'horror' or thriller movies have never involved an actual ghost/alien/whatever. My favorite creepy movie has to be The Shining. I find the overall atmosphere and all of the oppressing spirits to be pretty damn cool.

Plus, you gotta love Jack Nicholson!

Cloverfield monster was pretty bad ass, they never really killed him. But as for favourite, i think i will have to go for Godzilla.

i also love zombie type movies ie-Dawn of the dead,Return of the living dead,Evil Dead 1,2,3,28 Days Later etc.
