Haz to properly analyze a dream you need to catalogue the themes in your life leading up to your dream.
As you are probably aware when we dream it is our sub-conscious which takes over and it expresses itself symbolically not literally and thus these visions.
These symbols may often be visual puns. What we dream could be many things. It could be replaying an unresolved issue we feel conflicted about. It could be a dream of something in our past triggered by something in our present which we have not yet resolved. It could be simply themes as to how we are approaching our day to day life as it unfolds.
We dream to work on problems we are encountering...to remind us of unpast and unresolved feelings, to express apphrension of changes of the future and simply as our brains way of organizing and reprogramming itself for the next day when our conscious picks back up.
Your dreams can be influenced by the food you eat, the drugs you take, your physical state of health.
Your dreams are unique to you and have unique meanings to you. I would never have the audacity to say to you I know what they mean. The best I can do is offer you possible explanations or guidelines but what they would actually mean depends on you trying to figure out if they remind you of anything. If they don't don't worry about it. Some dreams mean nothing at all.
Your spirit, who you are is expressed in your dreams. What I do is take some of your themes and offer some possible examples of what they could symbolize but please it is your mind and your essence and I do not presume to speak for you, think for you or have the audacity to impose my vision on yours. Your dreams are like you painting a picture. It is not my right to say what they mean only you can. I do the following just for respectful friendly discussion and offer possible explanations.
without a cloud in the sky
(day time can simply be a symbol for the status quo, your day to day life proceeding as planned with you feeling neutral, i.e., not fearing the future or regretting the past)
(that simply could mean you are not preocuppied with your own identity, i.e., burning desire to be-it could suggest you were at this point of your thoughts, not preoccupied with what you must be)
walking down to the local shop to get a drink
(could be an allegory for your destiny and you proceeding on familiar terms and as usual-going for a drink could suggest going to school, work, or something routine you must do in life which is why I would think work, or school)
admiring the cloudless perferct blue sky
(this could be a symbol again of feeling neutral, non stressed, proceeding in life evenly paced)
recalling something I had heard (the reason why) regarding the absence of the sun and why it was still daylight -just a passing thought
(that could simply be your brain doing what it does, review its inventory of collected memories, thoughts)
seemed very plausible to me in the dream
(could suggests again you feeling unconflicted at this point and not preoccupied with an issue that needs working on)
didn't give me any cause for concern
(this again could be echoing the theme of you so far having what we call a neutral dream-a dream with no pressing issues your mind feels anxious about)
noticed the moon in the sky, it was full and high.
(the moon is sometimes used as a symbol for an thought that comes into conflict with another, i.e., the sun being one thought, the moon, the other-the sun and the moon sometimes are symbolic of our conscious and sub-conscious)
(stars can symbolize abstract concepts we are working on, i.e., theories you may be studying in school, or new rules or procedures or manuals at work or external factors that you have no control over and are always there, i.e., bills to pay, obligations to fulfill, work to complete)
appearing more and more
(could suggest your day to day bills that accumulate, your work that accumulates, or it could symbolize that each time learn something, you realize there is something else you then do not know)
(the type of pattern is not important, the existence of pattern though could symbolize logical thinking or the desire to be logical or use a reasoned approach and methodology and not simply rely on your feelings)
more and more of these patterns or groups
(that again may be simply symbolic of your thinking process and how it sees more then just the surface layer, and how it can grasp abstraction and can see connections in things that appear disconnected and looks to create organization from chaos)
mouth full of drink half the sky was covered in these joning hexangle clusters like a net made up of linked together hexegones
(this could symbolize you are trying to work through or comprehend or make sense (literally try swallow) of an emerging episode that will require you to be organized and create or follow policies and procedures and sequential planning and rules or regulations)
cloud cover increased dramicatlly
(impending storms are often a symbol of impending change)
(again this could be a symbol for you anticipating a change in your status quo that you have some fear could be disruptive or challenge literally where you stand at the moment)
then noticed the sun
(that could be a symbol of your self-esteem, your confidence, or how you feel about yourself as you head into the changes)
But it didnt look like the sun
(it could be your description indicates you are in fact symbolizing your own sense of being, your own level of insight, your own identity so no it would not necessarily look like the sun used as a symbol for life or possibility-but in fact in your case-the intensity of your own will to be)
surrounded by these dark growing clouds and the hexigone star
(could symbolize impending changes and your ability to reason your way through them)
I remember the wind getting up
(wind sometimes is a symbol of feeling pressured to change before you are ready-thus the unsettling feeling-it symbolizes you are deeply entrenched but now feel a premature pressure is forcing you to move when you don't want to)
Even though it looked mencing I still recall it as a beautiful day.
(that to me again may suggest the theme that you trust yourself and have confidence in yourself to deal with the upcoming change).
I would hesitate to guess and I could of course be totally wrong that:
1-you are a person who feels it important to use logic and reasoning and control his
2-are an organized person-disciplined-detailed-someone with an eye for detail and
who is patient and does not jump out of sequence and follows formulas
3-someone who is mechanically inclined
4-someone who would be scientifically or mathematically inclined
5-someone who is very logical and objective and yet it also provides your spiritual
context-it makes you a sort of Spinoza Hawkins Einstein like person-spiritual with
a scientific basis to it that must be grounded in logic and perspective.
I just don't see in that dream someone who is unstable, immature, arrogant,
rude. Sorry. You come across as logical, polite, well reasoned, calm, someone
not full of himself at all-someone who has learned to accept objective criticism and
limitations placed in front of him and does not take them personally or harbours resentment.
In fact I am sorry to say your dream sounds to me the product of a very
decent mind and someone who is dominated by positive not negative.
Again all the above are just my friendly possible feedback. I do not presume to
know you or anything like that.
I also do not mean to insult you if you wanted to be crazy and psycho. I just can't
see that in you. In fact I see a mind that could easily create a weapon but will not.
