    Default Dreams during odd times

I have had many times during the day a dream recollection come into my conscious mind. These are recollections of dreams I've had during sleep, not day dreams. It can be rather distracting. I don't know why this happens, but it happens on a regular basis and happening more often of late.

Example: Today I was tying a child's shoes after his nap and I saw a snippet of a dream I had years ago, of a large house I was looking to buy. I had never seen this house in my waking life, but I've seen it many times in my dreams.

When I have one of my dream recollections, it doesn't interfere with my work, or my daily life, but it does make me stop for a few seconds, and at that time, I feel as if I'm asleep for just those few seconds.

I have talked to my doctor about this, and have gone through two sleep studies, had an MRI, and everything is normal, except for having bad sleep apnea, which is due to the Fibromyalgia.

Has anyone else ever had reoccurring dream memories during waking hours?

Are you just recalling your dreams from memory or could it be a vision? I had what I would describe as a vision before. I was sitting on my back porch wide awake and I started to see this scene. I won't go into details, but do you think it could be that?

Either way, I have read before that dreaming of a house usually represents you/your soul. A new house would represent a new phase.
Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.

Recurring dream memories during waking hours?
Yes, dreams I can't shake off, like my 9-11 dream four years before it happened, it kept popping up in my mind, who do I warn, who will believe me?
The dream of 3 explosions (volcanic or nuclear?) where ash falls making darkness. That comes to mind more often now that Osama bin Laden is dead.
