Strange experience

Hi, New to the forum.

I joined up as I wanted to get some opinions on what recently happened to me from others who may be able to relate. Here goes:

Several weeks ago while asleep in bed I suddenly became partially awakened by a very strong vibration. Initially it felt like someone was shaking my bed or even if I was in an earthquake. I knew I wasn't dreaming as I was aware of my body position in bed and indeed when I finally fully awakened I was in this same position. The vibration grew stronger but I realised it wasn't the bed that was shaking but my entire body. This came with a sense that I was falling through the air albeit it in a controlled fashion like I was being lowered at great speed whilst remaining in my sleeping position on my side with arms and legs slightly bent. There was a very loud whooshing sound that accompanied this. I kept trying to move my leg as to awaken myself as I was becoming more conscious of what was happening. Try as I might I just couldn't move. This went on for what seemed like no more than a minute. Eventually I managed to move, just a little at first then more and more until I was able to fully wake myself. As I did so memories that I had forgotten came flooding back to me that I had been through this before.

When I was in my teens I went through a period of waking up to sense beings of some sort in my room once accompanied by a ball of light which at the time I thought was trying to get under my covers. Looking back I think it may have been trying to protect me. I was also waking up paralysed which made things even worse. At the time these experiences were so terrifying that I put them down to nightmares. Now I'm just not sure. Also for the past few years I have had two small round lumps under my skin. One on my left kneecap and the other in my left forearm just below the inside of my elbow. These could be naturally occurring growths I know. But I have heard about implants being found under the skin.

Has anyone had experiences similar to this?

Hi Graeme! Similiar thing has already happened to me. However I didn't feel shaking I couldn't move but I DID know I'm awake! It lasted about 1 min for me too until could move my body and I was really afraid because while this happened I felt like I can't breathe...

Another explanation is sleep paralysis. Check that out on the internet.

For me, ball of light is familiar, but not when falling. In place of shaking, a thick wave of frequency that goes back and forth from head to toes. I wrote that the falling lead to an underground area of "Greys", and that, the frequency and ball of light were different; lifting into space to a consortium of humans, reptillians, "worker greys", and some military folks.

As mentioned above, there's the sleep paralysis, worth researching.

Additionally, I sometimes wonder if the earth emits frequencies from deep inside toward the surface, and if we happen to be in the way of those - we experience these things.

graeme, sounds like your spirit was going back inside your body to me. exciting stuff. seeing beings next to you could also be the ones that look after you while doing astral traveling.

Yup he hit the nail on the head. Its almost a exact description of re-entry into the body from astral projection, enjoy the experiences. Look it up on the web if you have never heard of it before, I suggest any books from Robert Bruce on the subject if you want some reading.
