Its becoz they maybe simple airplane lights........aint it,seeing the nature of the lights from the video,I am always having this idea.

Ok about the sleeper agent thing,the idea is all hypothetical but an advanced civilization would always try these,just like we do to animals.Implanting whales or tigers with our devices.

Sleeper agents are some people who would be abducted and would then be fitted with implants................ETs requires them to learn more about our civilization and our way of life on earth.How we use up its resources and how much our intelligence and technology makes use of those resources.....what are our medicines,what are our emotions,how we interact all these questions .The purpose of finding these answers can have both effects,benevolent and malevolent.A benevolent ET group may try to use these agents to introduce themselves in a more acceptable and friendly fashion to us Humans,which means they respect our way of life or it reminds them of their times 500 yrs earlier and appreciates the way we are living.A malevolent ET group would use its sleeper as a spy or someone capable of destruction,never mind under this influence agents may turn into terrorists or psychotic killers,processing demonic views to life and occult.These means that group doesnt respect our culture,technology and faith and would try to find ways of eliminating us without getting their own hands dirty.

Now Sleeper agents can be created without abduction too,under influence of intensely strong psychic waves.............one may end up thinking obsessively about ET civilizations and feeling the special one or above all feeling.But he/she wont exhibit any arrogance,learning more about the civilization and debating it to get clearer view would be his/her primary objective.Some sort of intensely high open to ideas but making his point clear type person.
Sleeper agents in the rarest of cases may carry alien genes,incorporated on abduction or through psychic signaling,these persons would have higher levels of immunity,sexual drive,intellect than others.

In all cases people would be very obsessive and may support ET incidents without logic too.............deviating from their normal lives.Curiosity is one thing,but to be enslaved is a different thing altogether.
