Also known as Operation Paperclip, it was responsible for bringing over 1,000 Germans to the Unites States, some accused of war crimes. This in spite of a Presidential directive at the beginning prohibiting known nazis from entering the country. The claim that anyone investigating this matter has pro-nazi sympathies ignores facts. I have no interest in nazis, nazism or any group that hates others.
A book about aviation medicine was published in 1950, but it did not bear the name American Aviation Medicine. It was a two volume set titled German Aviation Medicine, released by the USAF, Washington, DC. One of the authors was an accused war criminal. Numerous examples of captured German aircraft were brought to the US. Among them the world's first jet bomber, the Arado Ar 234, the fighter known as the Me 262, the rocket interceptor Me 163 and another rocket interceptor called Natter. The world's first all wing jet fighter, the Go 229. About a year before the start of World War II, the soon to be Allies were flying spy planes over Germany. Among their discoveries were flying wing aircraft designed by the Horten brothers. These included aircraft with swept back wings of up to 60 degrees. No doubt, disc aircraft in development were spotted. The alien cover up scenario was planned around this time. The radio was a powerful propaganda tool. So the first experiment involved the Orson Welles' broadcast of the War of the Worlds in 1938. The results appeared in the October 31, 1938 edition of the New York Times in an article titled: Radio Listeners in Panic, Taking War Drama as Fact. Everyone knew that Germany was rearming and preparing for war. After the first few UFOs were sighted in the US after the war, came the supposed Roswell crash. Alien bodies? I seriously doubt that. German plans and personnel are brought to Canada and the US. Designs of conventionally powered disc aircraft begins. Meanwhile, word of other disc aircraft comes to light. These travel at fantastic speeds and are highly maneuverable, obviously using some unconventional means of propulsion. Operation Highjump is hastily put together to verify these reports. This is a large scale military operation to Antarctica. Months after the war, u-boats are still being spotted. One surrenders in South America with a crew of young men. Operation Highjump returns early. No testing of military equipment that could have been done in Alaska or the Arctic or Iceland was done. They were attacked by German disc aircraft using field propulsion technology. As the 1950s progress, most contactees report the aliens visiting earth are humans like us. Then slowly, the cover story changes to greys, reptilians and preying mantis type aliens among others. Project Paperclip continues operating into the early 1970s and the end of the Apollo program.

For over 50 years, strange objects have been reported in the skies around the world. What are the possible explanations?
1) Time travelers 2) Aliens 3) Secret man made craft 4) Unknown aerial phenomenon 5) Extradimensional beings 6) Psychic/mental phenomenon Unfortunately, for some believers, 1, 4, 5 and 6, cannot explain sightings where multiple qualified observers, in the air, on the ground, and radar operators see the same thing. And any minute change in the past will change the future, and an unplanned accident would be catastrophic. And the idea that aliens could exist in our atmosphere without special breathing apparatus is a bit far-fetched. That our government is in league with them, even more so. The only plausible explanation for me is secret man made aircraft/spacecraft. But let us return to aliens as an explanation. So the various types exist, kidnap humans, and perform experiments and nobody is or can do anything about it. So what is there to discuss? I am not here to annoy anyone but to offer my observations.

If anyone still does not think that there is no cover up about the so-called Roswell crash, consider that Government officials said the bodies seen were actually dummies used in parachute tests. Such nonsense! http://www.cnn.com/TECH/9706/24/ufo/
There were no aliens and there are no aliens. The craft that allegedly crashed there was likely man made and was not reverse engineered from "alien" technology. Unless of course, you believe that people are being kidnaped by aliens which is far more unlikely than doubts about the UFOs themselves.

The debate is over. The US Patent Office has granted patents for field propulsion devices: http://www.rexresearch.com/antigrav/antigrav.htm
It is worth noting that the Canadian built Project Silver Bug did not receive a US patent until 1962, even though the project was underway in 1955 or a little earlier. It is also clear that the disc aircraft projects were called many things: "circular planform," "all wing," and "circular wing," among others. The known circular aircraft flew with propellers and turbojets. Those using field propulsion were developed and kept around for the Cold War. It is apparent that the Germans developed all three disc aircraft. The few using field propulsion were apparently developed last and were evacuated at the end of the war. See the book: Brighter than a Thousand Suns" by Jungk. See also the work of T. Townsend Brown and Tesla's patents (including Germany). |
