UFO Over Chinese Airport - Bing Videos
The vid of the UFO made it onto microsoft.
It really does look like a rocket, complete with a second stage ignition.
Filling a large area of sky with an exhaust plume, it is quite spectacular.
Not surprised this closed an airport.
Whatever works, use it.
A good idea stands on its own value independent of authorship.
If it stands or falls on the credibility of the author, maybe it isn't such a good idea.
Whose vehicle was it ???? what kind of vehicle ??? Missile or Satellite launcher ??? If it was China's own vehicle, why didnt they own up ?????
Chances are very high and in favour of an Indian origin craft ,if China is really not involved in it.Because the vehicle seems to be launched from somewhere near, and it headed towards space...went horizontal not vertical judging from angles of flight.Maybe it had not entered Chinese air-space officially, only seen for it being very bright.
ET connection cannot be also ruled out..........no nations seems to have any knowledge of the origins of the craft.Atleast in India, nothing has been declared like failed launch or missile test or satellite launch.Though India has launched 5 satellites through PSLV-LC on 12th of July in the morning, just two days after the incident.

Experts join in on the investigation of the UFO in China - Paranormal Old Pueblo
This statement in the article I found amusing. The investigation of the unidentified flying object that shut down Xiaoshan Airport in Hangzhou last week is ongoing, with an update reported this morning from Shanghai Daily.
It was announced this morning that experts from Bejing and Shanghai have stepped in to continue the investigation of the UFO that shut down Xiaoshan Airport last week.
One of those experts, Zhang Yunhua, has studied some of the photos submitted by eyewitnesses. It is his opinion that the photos show reflections of sunlight on airplanes. He stated, “It must be something normal – most UFO cases turned out to be something normal.” He added, “The investigation would depend on how cooperative the airport authority is. For example, showing us the radar pictures could be a great help.”
Whatever works, use it.

On July 7, something unusual happened near the Xiaoshan Airport in Hangzhou, China. An oddly shaped bright light appeared, forcing the airport to close down and delay 18 flights. Things are now back to normal, but people are wondering, what was that "thing"?
An ABC News article on the mysterious sighting explains that some who witnessed the light are calling it a UFO. But, keep in mind, a UFO doesn't necessarily mean little, green men.
There is plenty of speculation on whether or not the object was some sort of military aircraft or missile. The ABC article explains that a day following the sighting, "an anonymous source told China Daily that authorities already discovered the identity of the UFO after an investigation but could not publically disclose the information because 'there was a military connection.'"
Authorities are continuing to look into the incident, but no public conclusions have yet been made. Despite, or perhaps because of the mystery, Web searches on "china ufo" quickly soared 576%. Related queries on "china ufo video 2010," "china ufo sightings," and "hangzou china ufo" also posted triple digit gains. Even now, a week after the sighting, online lookups remain high.
Truth be told, there's not much left to be said. Something weird happened. Nobody knows what it was. And if they do, they aren't saying. Check out the video below and judge for yourself.

Here's an interesting explanation on how long exposure shoot works with an helicopter:

What the long exposure monde camera sees

This footage is great to see, but to me it just looks like, a space Shuttle going into orbit. The second picture looks like a meteor shower, although the one i saw several years ago rained down verticaly not horizontaly. Still a good story , wonder what will come of it.

That is a possible explanation. Could have been just one over exposed experimental craft as well for the same reasons.
Then again it could have been a missile or booster rocket or a satellite launching gone gaga.
I have to lean to the second sighting being a meteor shower as well or possibly a craft reaching supersonic speed.
There is no reason to believe China would not be working on experimental military craft.
I personally believe the majority of black triangle sightings for example are man-made stealth aircraft being developed. There are plenty of prototypes that are black triangles.
But you just never know.
