You can read some stats here at this site, as well as submit questions to them like what you are seeking: http://www.alienabductions.com/
I hope this helps a little
I want to write an article which is based upon statistics for alien abductions. I've googled this but haven't found what I'm looking for. Can someone steer me to a place which would show estimated numbers of people who claim to have been abducted? I'd like to see estimates on different countries as well as worldwide.
Maybe nobody has estimated this or even can do it, but ballpark figures would be helpful. I think it would be interesting to see just how wide spread this is.
abductions are nonstop cause they must stop learning breakout knowledge, so they work steady many inner groups not just food nor genes interests. You know? People must not know and discredit is power tool and they stop as many as thye can and works great. Order is secrecy big countries and small leaders not involved....its everywhere because of timing which is not yet but someday soon. They be stopped by might ehteric forces when time comes. Scared? NOt joke btw. People don't believ until they get some one on one taste then they kno themselves. Must stop widespread revealings until someone stops them. Old times fellows but diffarent brains organs and such enable them to crawl through dreams. mankind animals there.
Thanks for your replies.
What I am looking for is whether there is any group seriously keeping track of the number of abductions. If I recall correctly, one article I read awhile back said there were millions of people who claim to have been abducted. How do they know that? Where would someone who has had this experience report what had happened to them?
EDIT: OK, I think I found it. I saw a reference to the name ICAR on the "Killer Aliens" thread and Googled that. This seems to be the mother load of information and a hub to many sites.
Buckwheat, this is what concerns me about alien abduction. Where do people go to get help with it? I would like to find a list of places where abductees can get some counseling. And if this list is not readily available, I will compile one myself.
I am friends with a man in the UK who has been abducted many times since he was a little child, but has worked through this to the place where he is not afraid now. He's gone through a lot, including being placed back in the wrong house and brought back wearing someone else's clothing. You can listen to Steven's YouTube Channel here:
You can contact him through YouTube, but be aware that he doesn't check his messages very often, so it might be awhile until he can answer.
I believe you need to talk with others and find a support group in them. It's terrible to live in fear, but there is hope for you. Don't give up!
Statistics on alien abduction are unscientific and completely useless. Anyone can say they were abducted, and provide little to no collaborating evidence. Hypothetically, true abductees would be far outnumbered by liars, hoaxers, and those who are generally just cuckoo for coco puffs. Thus, any attempt to compile statistics without physical proof would be futile.
I'm not saying that I don't believe that people are being abducted. On the contrary, I do believe. It is evident however, that there are far more attempts to discredit the real experiences, and real abductees' stories are are being buried in higher and higher piles of pure bullshit.
Womaninblack, you are so right about that. The direction I am going with this, though, is comparing an estimated number of alien abductees with the number of people who have acquired Bird Flu in the world or some other pandemic. Not many people have come down with Bird Flu, yet world governments are busily preparing defenses against it. Commissions have been set up. Vaccines are being produced. Every new case of Bird Flu, brings increased activity against it.
Why is it that similarly nothing has been done for the victims of the alien abduction experience? Even if the government believes it is some sort of mental illness or mass hysteria, if hundreds, thousands or even millions have had this happen to them, it seems to me we have a serious situation on our hands. It appears that there is no air space sacred enough to keep innocent people from being snatched from their beds and violated in worst ways than terrorists do in the Middle East.
Even one person who shows physical evidence of an alien abduction should be enough to mobilize the same efforts from governments as would only one person with Bird Flu is enough to mobilize them.
Oh, but nobody seems to be dying from alien abduction. But. . .there's been some testimony that a few have died! And it would appear that alien abduction could have far more sinister ramifications than a case of Bird Flu. Bird Flu will merely kill people. Think what an alien agenda could do to our entire planet.
I believe that every government that is allowing their citizens to come under such attack as this while stubbornly promoting an agenda of ridicule, denial, and secrecy ought to be brought to task on it. The only way to do this is by full scale citizenry outcry and keeping the pressure on. Grass roots organization is needed, and we are beginning to see this.
However, if it is impossible to get government assistance with this, unification of the UFO community and taking care of their own abductees is the only way. If people would stop handing over evidence into the black hole of government agencies and give it to UFO investigators instead, I think we might get to the bottom of this a whole lot quicker.
As for the Bird Flu, maybe they are so adamant about getting a grip on it because they themselves may become a victim of it just as easily as anyone else, and this scares the crap outta them. I have read that the vaccine for it (Tamiflu) isn't even a sure thing as far as stopping it from infecting you.
dickeazy, this is why I cringe every time I see programs on TV where a UFO has landed somewhere and they call the authorities. Oh, for Pete's sake! They'll never see that evidence again. Next time, call Bill Birnes! Put that man's phone number on your refrigerator.
