Thread: Dennis The Menace Alien-UFO Hologram

I downloaded a video of a UFO sighting which was video taped in 1991 in Espiritu Santo, Brazil.

I looked at several videos from a ufo website. I was looking carefully at the
Brazil video. I slowed down the speed of the video and looked carefully. At first I thought it was just something I was trying to see and not really what was video taped. After looking at the video several times, it seems as if the
UFO did have some technology which was producing the appearance of the
cartoon.

At the beginning of the video, I slowed down the speed and noticed that it
looked like a face of a cartoon character. It sort of resembled Dennis the
Menace or a character from a Disney cartoon.

It actually looks like the face only shows up. It is difficult to see, but
slowed down it looks like the face of a cartoon character. You can slightly see
the collar around the neck even though the collar is black, there is a slight
outline. The body seems to show up just slightly, but below the head of the
character, there appears to be a body that is moving although the clothes are dark or black and difficult to see.. It appears that you can barely see the body and legs of the character which appears to be a boy of about four years of age with blonde hair. At some points the character appears to be wearing a blue and white striped beanie cap and at another point in the video, it looks like a different face or character wearing a sombrero.

At normal speed, it is difficult to notice anything other than the video looks like a UFO at the beginning. The UFO looks at some points in the video like
four small squares or diamond shaped lights in a formation moving quickly. At
another point it looks like a ring of white lights and then towards the end, it
looks like the cartoon character appears again.

At the beginning of the video, the cartoon character looks like it trying to be
very heroic. It is difficult to see the body of the character, but it slightly
appears black against the dark sky background. The character looks like it is
being heroic and taking off into the air like superman. It is difficult to make out
the face but you can almost see the expressions of the character which seems to be having alot of fun.

If you go to the website to download the UFO video, when you view the video
at the beginning where the title of the movie and name of the person filming
shows up, you would need to start slowing down the video and at times pause
the video to see the cartoon character. The character has to be looked at
sideways. It is as if the character is not bound by earth gravity even though it is in air, the gravity appears to be coming from the right, so you have
to turn you head sideways to see the character. It's face will appear to the
left side of the screen and it's body will be slightly or almost invisible with it's
feet towards the right side of the screen. It will be looking downwards. At points in the video and towards the end it appears that the character is sticking it's tongue out.

The character at times appears to be a cartoon which changes as you will notice. Then the four square or diamond shaped lights appear and the circle
or ring of lights shows up. At normal speed, the whole sighting moves quite
quickly. The UFO seems to be a UFO at some points and then is capable of
changing into a cartoon character.

After reading some information about types of aliens, it may be that the video
does not just seem to appear to be a UFO that changes into a cartoon character, it may be a type of alien flying a UFO or appearing through some form of advanced technology as described below:


Apparition/Hologram
This type of alien appears as an insubstantial entity, existing in sight and sound only but devoid of any physical mass. The Apparition has been reported to walk through walls and is often hard to look directly at, as such entities are usually surrounded by shimmering or bright lights which obscure much of its features.

It is speculated by many ufologists this is a safe form of investigation for alien beings, who can use some kind of hologram or projection technology to investigate terrestrial targets without actually being near them.

No cases to our knowledge involving these types of aliens have included abductions or anything physical happening to eyewitnesses other than some reported cases of mild radiation poisoning, presumably from the shimmering fields of the holograms.

Most Apparition type encounters usually end with the being simply dissappearing into thin air or walking through a wall to evade pursuit. They are almost universally encountered alone, without any others of their type around

1991, Espiritu Santo, Brazil, This clip was taken on a busy road as stunned motorists witnessed the strange UFO. The object performed manoeuvres beyond the capability of our current, known technology. Flashing lights were seen in patterns as the object brought traffic to a halt. It was later confirmed that no aircraft were in the area at the time of the filming of the UFO which could have accounted for the sighting

The Brazil UFO video is the 15th from the top.

If someone was able to digitally enhance the video, it would be easier to see
the details of the cartoon character. If you look at the video you should be able to see exactly what I described above. It is easier to see in full screen.
I would almost believe it was not possible that it was a holographic image that
looked like a cartoon, except at the beginning if you look very carefully you can almost see the body moving like it was walking. The images are distorted
but you can almost make out the outlines and appearance of the cartoon images even without slowing down the video.

At the beginning of the video, from the part where the character looks like it
has a sombero to the part where it looks like a scared monkey face is where
the cartoon is quite noticeable. If you go forward or reverse from the part
where the sombero appears to the scared monkey face, you would notice
the cartoon and the body of the character moving and changing. The arms
and legs of the character are noticeably moving like the character is walking and moving it's arms. It looks like the character is playing a game that to the
character is a long time to go through and think about in slow motion except
the cartoon in real time is moving quickly.

Aliens who use holograms to appear human may also be classified as Chameleon. I am not sure if the Brazil video represents a Chameleon since
the hologram is of a cartoon and not an actual human.

.:: Chameleon - Reptilians genetically bred to enable themselves to appear 'human'. Also less-humanoid appearing reptiloids who use a form of technosis, molecular shape-shifting and/or laser holograms to produce an outward "human" appearance.

Reports of these have surface from underground joint-operational facilities near Dulce, New Mexico; Dougway, Utah; Groom Lake, Nevada; Deep Springs, California; and Fort Lewis, Washington and elsewhere. They are reportedly involved in some type of infiltration agenda. These 'infiltrators' can appear remarkably human outwardly , however at the same time retaining reptilian or neo-saurian internal organs. Often described as appearing 'bulge- eyed' with scaly, hairless skin behind their 'disguise'. One report alleged that the 'Chameleons' may utilize artificial 'lenses' to conceal "slit-pupiled iris'". Some claim they are genetically bred 'mercenaries' who are part of an advanced guard of a a planned silent invasion-takeover of human society (Draconian)
