imo achilles i think some in the past are from MK-ULTRA

For me it's no question that the military does indeed do abductions,more to the point it's the CIA running the program.Now i do believe that they use the cover story of it all being alien to shift the blame away from deep black programs.now this is where it gets interesting,they know alien abduction occur and seized this as an opportunity to conduct deep black programs testing on unsuspecting civilians and pointing the finger at alien abduction while at the same time discrediting anyone who makes these claims.I have seen some people who are messed up for the rest of their lives who come out of these programs.The CIA started the contactee movement,then moved to abductions.Now alien abductions due occure and sometimes in partnership with military.IMO

yes, altria is correct . i will take it one step further and say that i believe that not only do the govt/military--whoever they are-'mimic' the abductions, but follow those who have been taken(how they know is anyone's guess--but they do)and then take them also, complete with cover story of yet another alien abduction, so that the abductee basically does not know if they are coming or going, which is exactly what the 'big boys' want; they monitor these abductees(for what), and while i do not think they are performing the same kinds of 'tests' the visitors are, they are definately checking out something with the abductees...too many stories that lean towards both being part of it for me not to believe that the govt. is heavily involved

i don't know for a fact that the US government has been involved in "abduction" but there is quite a bit of evidence that suggests the government has staged "hoax" UFO landings and crashes at least a few times in the last 50 years.

it is possible that abductions in some cases might be connected to these government efforts.

the big problem is what is the goal of such efforts?

i can think of a couple but there not pretty.

I believe this to be the reason as to why they abduct.

I had heard a story from someone i trust that the Antonio Villas Boas case was all military.They were implanting memories,and when they captured Mr.Boas and were bringing him onto the transport helicopter they dropped him and busted his chin.They implanted false memories about a UFO abduction and medical procedures including sexual contact.They explained his brusied chin by implanting a memory that they put a cup on his chin to take blood thus leaving the bruise.If you take notice that is the only time you will hear of that procedure done in an abduction.
