I found someone translating spanish texts that they don't think were translated to English on any UFO sites. So I am posting for discussion but also to record this on the net in case the other forum goes down that this poster is posting this on. If people want more translated I can get them.

The man doing the speaking was Benjamin Solari Parravicini.

A little background info, Benjamin Solari Parravicini was an Argentine artist who was born in 1898, and who started having some amazingly accurate predictions since the 1930's. His predictions came in strange ways, and he'd sketch a little picture, and write down the message. Being a good example of how religion can keep us from reaching our full potential at times, being a devout catholic he burnt a lot of the first messages he would get, until he says an angel told him it is his fate to relay these messages.

Among his most amazing predictions from the 1930's, was that a bearded man will rule Cuba and that it will come under soviet influence, that the USA will win the race between it and the USSR, and that the north America will change after its building in new york will be hit twice...
