Thread: Medvedev talks of aliens 'off camera'

I think that when any new leader goes into office they are handed folders and are given briefings on every topic of national interests that they need to be aware of to do their job.
I suspect the folder about aliens on earth is likely empty.
The best data you are going to get about that is by watching MIB.

i wonder if the special secret folder russian presidents get briefed about contains intelligence concerning which alien societies are known to possess (and use!) technologies allowing for the neutralization of intercontinental ballistic missiles (icbms), such as by way of dematerializing said icbms midflight. i believe there is intelligence, closely guarded however, which at times has reached the public domain, indicating that some aliens can dematerialize missiles and other objects right off the launch pads, along with personnel which might be required to launch said icbms. also, there are some alien socities which can control the minds of individuals who are charged with launching icbms and other sorts of missiles.

I've done a bit more digging and most of the internet articles (from newspapers and news stations around the world) carry the same information as Reuters issued.
There is a Youtube video of the interview that has been uploaded today, but it's in Russian and no translation available as yet.
Most Forums I've looked at seem to (as expected) contain threads that fall into one of two camps . . .
1. Medvedev was just fooling around
2. No he wasn't, but tried to make it come across as though he was
A number of Forums appear to be suggesting that he is the second Prime Minister (the Australian one being the first) to make some jokey remarks recently about alien presence or invasion.
To me, it doesn't look like this is going to come to much, and therefore I was suprised for it to gain enough news-worthiness to appear on Sky News and other major channels.
Maybe there's more to come, maybe not?

What a bizzare response

Well, thats how it is nowadays. NASA doesn`t care to remove ufo`s from their photos anymore, and russian PM`s can talk freely about the subject on tv. It doesn`t really matter, because nobody believes the truth, even when it`s thrown in their faces. Sad really.

Is he joking or telling the truth? Dunno, and we will probably never know.

Yeah the interview caught my eye also. I got the distinct impression that mentioning the film MIB meant Medvedev was just being playful.....

Back in 2010, .A Russian MP Andrei Lebedev has asked President Dmitry Medvedev to investigate claims by a regional President Mr Ilyumzhinov of the southern region of Kalymkia for 17 years that he has met aliens on board a spaceship.

Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, made his claim in a television interview. MP Andre Lebedev is not just asking whether Mr Ilyumzhinov is fit to govern.

He is also concerned that, if he was abducted, he may have revealed details about his job and state secrets.

The MP has written a letter to Mr Medvedev raising a list of his concerns.

In his letter he says that - assuming the whole thing was not just a bad joke - it was an historic event and should have been reported to the Kremlin.

He also asks if there are official guidelines for what government officials should do if contacted by aliens, especially if those officials have access to state secrets.

He added : They communicated with me via telepathy. He said" Aliens were friendly, let me had a tour of the ship and after that they released me. They said that the meeting with the rest of humanity is not yet ready, so do not go in direct contact.

Now in latest interesting development, when one of the five journalists who interviewed Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev last Friday, off-air asked whether the president is handed secret files on aliens when receiving the briefcase needed to activate Russia's nuclear arsenal.

"Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, the president of the country is given a special 'top secret' folder. This folder in its entirety contains information about aliens who visited our planet," seems perfectly serious Mr Medvedev answered .

"Along with this, you are given a report of the absolutely secret special service that exercises control over aliens on the territory of our country.

I will not tell you how many of them are among us because it may cause panic," he says.
