I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood,
and I...
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

There are few mysteries more accessible than crop circles. Each spring and summer these enigmatic patterns appear overnight in crop fields. Cosmic works of art, ET communications in sacred geometric format, pranksters’ hoaxes, spiritual guidance or a warning voice from Gaia, whatever your opinion, crop circles are fascinating and truly remarkable. Come and find out what it is all about as some of the top crop circle researchers in the world converge on beautiful Vermont to share their views and experiences.
Now in its fourth year, this is the only crop circle conference to be held on the US east coast. Located in beautiful rural Vermont, it is easily accessible from all of New England via interstate highways, and from all of USA via airline connections to Burlington VT.
Presenters
Glenn Broughton has been researching crop circles, sacred sites and earth energy for the last decade. His approach is both experiential and methodical. Glenn’s work on the connection between crop circles, earth energy currents and underground watercourses has been widely cited in numerous books on the subject. His passion shines through.
Glenn's presentation, richly illustrated with slides and personal experience, will show how we can interact with crop circles and sacred sites. This is a two-way process through which we are taught and guided, and the circles and sites are changed. For articles on Glenn's research go to the research section of this website. With his partner Cameron, Glenn has been guiding tour groups to the crop circles and sacred sites of England for the last ten years through Sacred Britain, which also organises this conference. Andy Thomas. Andy is author of several books exploring crop circles, psychic phenomena, collective consciousness and beyond: Fields Of Mystery, Quest For Contact (with Paul Bura), An Introduction to Crop Circles, Swirled Harvest and A Oneness of Mind, which explores the remarkable power of collective thought (see www.vitalsignspublishing.co.uk). Andy's best-known book is Vital Signs, described by many as the definitive guide to crop circles. Andy is a founder member of the Southern Circular Research team and edits the influential website www.swirlednews.com. Andy widely writes and lectures in his animated and inspirational style in England and many other countries, and has made numerous radio and TV appearances around the world.
Lecture: Crop Circle Truths
"What", as Pontius Pilate once reportedly asked, "is Truth?" What, indeed? Uncertainty appears to permeate the whole of creation at quantum levels - and human society at a simple street level. Few things, it seems, can be pinned down for certain, no matter how robust the claims, and hard evidence often seems to melt away when heavily scrutinised, even when the truth of a situation seems clear. The crop circle phenomenon embodies this strange murkiness perfectly, creating a strange, yet beautiful space of unknowingness at its core. Pinning down the source and substance for assertions put about to support both sceptical and paranormal theories for all manner of 'alternative' subjects, from cerealogy to astrology, seems increasingly perilous, creating a vulnerable front which just invites attack from a world seeking Newtonian certainties. How, then, can we ever find the 'truth' of things, and learn true discernment to bolster understanding and promotion of the non-man-made crop circles?
Bearcloud, an Osage, understands the crop circles, or Star Glyphs as he calls them, through his native roots and walk. His journey this life time is as a vision seeker which has enabled him to see the hidden realms within these Star Glyphs. He says:
"It is important to me that I see these things but it is my mission for others to be able to see into these sacred realms and to learn to move or work with them. My talk this time is about showing some of the hidden aspects that were in the glyphs this year. I will be showing how the star nations have applied many of the symbols they have sent in the past. I will be showing some of how this can assist our journey on Earth and that there is a relationship between us and the universe in which we live."
Bearcloud's stunning videos will be available at the conference.
Jeff Wilson is director of the Independent Crop Circle Researchers' Association (www.cropcirclenews.com), an organisation which records and investigates crop circles in the United States and Canada. They organise an annual crop circle researchers' conference in the spring.
Jeff will give us the benefit of his experience and comprehensive north american crop circle database bringing the phenomenon home to Noth Americans
Barbara Lamb has regularly visited England and the crop circles for the past fourteen years. She is one of the top US crop circle researchers and educators. In her presentation Barbara will take a spiritual perspective on the crop circle phenomenon. She works as a psychotherapist specialising in regression work with people who may have had ET contact. Barbara is co-author with Judith Moore of the book Crop Circles Revealed - language of the light symbols. Barbara's book will be available at the conference.
Lucy Pringle is a founder member of the Centre for Crop Circle Studies and is an international authority on the subject and the pioneer researcher into the effects of electromagnetic fields on living systems. She works with scientists from all over the world. Her two books Crop Circles, the Greatest Mystery of Modern Times, and Crop Circles are both bestsellers on the subject. She is also an aerial photographer and her phtographs and calendars will be on sale at the conference.
Crop Circles - What are they doing to us?
A scientific overview into the effects of electromagnetic fields on living matter. Lucy Pringle will explore the physiological and psychological effects reported by people visiting crop circles; Lucy’s in depth research shows measured changes in both hormone levels and brain activity following exposure to the circles and also changes in protein levels in seeds.
Freddy Silva is one of the world’s foremost experts on crop circles, consciousness and sacred space, and best-selling author of Secrets in the Fields: The Science and Mysticism of Crop Circles, hailed by many as the most comprehensive book ever written on this fascinating and multi-disciplinary phenomenon. He has recently directed the DVD documentary Stairways To Heaven: The Practical Magic Of Sacred Space. Both will be available at the conference. He is an international lecturer, and a lifelong student of Earth Mysteries. Website: the Crop Circular, www.lovely.clara.net
Gateways of the Gods
Incredible evidence of how ancient temples, cathedrals and crop circles are shaping human consciousness. What made our ancestors erect thousands of mounds and colossal temples of stone across the Earth? Why were these sites venerated for millenia? Why did the early Church supplant them with its own houses of the holy? Why do crop circles always appear beside such sacred sites, sharing the same technology and subtle energy pathways? And how are they imprinting energetic codes on these temples, human DNA, even the very water we drink?
Brian L. Crissey, Ph.D., and Pamela Meyer, C.H., have published many books relating to the reality of the extraterrestrial presence on Earth under their imprint Wild Flower Press of the Granite Publishing Group. Crissey holds a doctorate in mathematical sciences from the Johns Hopkins University, and Meyer is a certified herbalist and Plant Spirit Medicine practitioner.
Since 2002 Crissey and Meyer have worked with Barbara Lamb and Judith Moore to create a line of powerful crop-circle essences made from energies extracted from seven authenticated English crop circles from each of the past three seasons. Lamb extracted the energies, Moore channelled directions for usage, and the Crissey-Meyer team produced the essences.
Brian Crissey will discuss the Clearwater Thesis, in which wise off-planet observers choose not to "muddy the water" by forcing us to react to their presence. Rather, the crop circles may be cosmic fertilizer for humans who are open to spiritual growth.
Pamela Meyer will conclude the joint talk by discussing deep energy healing and how crop-circle energy essences are helping individuals evolve spiritually and how they are assisting the evolution of Planet Earth to a higher energy state. She will also speak on results from using the essences in various ways and will report on the new crop of cosmic energy essences from the 2005 English crop circles.
Jane Buchan and Lynn Hartwood live in the woods of the northeast queen/kingdom of Vermont. Through Sacred Ground Dance they welcome you into open-hearted community with the human and non-human world. Inspired by various cultures' musicians, we come together as a single being, dancing ancient, simple steps connecting us with the Earth and the myriad brother and sister creatures who continue to inhabit this Wondrous Being. Sacred Ground Dance requires no experience and is fun! Jane and Lynn joined Glenn and Cameron in England this last summer facilitating a very popular Sacred Britain tour performing sacred ground dances at the crop circles and sacred sites of England.
Tamarack is a Montreal-based choir which does intentional singing for the purpose of healing. Performances are treated as rituals to create sacred space using world tribal music and audience participation. Tamarack has 17 members, most of whom are healers; and is directed by Trisha Pope.
Quantum Community. Just when the planet seems to teeter in the balance of healthy ecosystems and the extinction of life, including potentially the human race, a curious and even synchronistic set of images is appearing, suggesting that in this dire time we may be motivated, by the sheer threat to survival, to originate solutions. The mandate for an evolutionary and quantum leap has arrived.
Calling upon the power of the circle, we create a theater in the round. With the alchemical collage of layered film images projected on a nine foot hoop screen, multiple paintings on veiled fabric, poems and marrative readings, moving veils of fabric, sound images, toning, meditation, and yoga practices, we enter the realm of possibility. Stirring the sleeping parts of ourselves into another octave of awareness, we call for quantum consciousness.
Cameron Davis, painter and professor, co-created For the Love of Earth, A Celebration of the Earth Charter, and participated in the community-based art project The Temenos Books, Images for Global Healing.
Gillian Kapteyn Comstock, holistic psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and leader of wilderness retreats, quests, and trainings in nature sanctuaries, has been a member of the Assisi Conferences and Seminars community.
Early morning Yoga. You are invited to start each day with Nancy Somers for an hour's yoga before breakfast.
Goddard College
Goddard College was chartered in 1938 as successor to Goddard Seminary, a Universalist preparatory school, which had operated in Barre, Vermont since Civil War times.
Goddard since its 1938 beginnings was an experimental and progressive college, one of the most interesting and dynamic colleges in the country. Especially noted were Goddard's use of discussion as the basic method in classroom teaching; its emphasis on the whole lives of whole students as determining personal curricula; its incorporation of practical work into the life of every student; and its development of the college as a self-governing learning community in which everyone had a voice.
Goddard became a hotbed of radical thought and experimentation with a variety of learning formats, each planned for a special student population.
Goddard is proud of its history. It is a rare and truly unique institution of higher education, a historic generator of the educational theories and innovations that profoundly changed mainstream education in the 20th century and promises to do so in the 21st. At the same time, it continues to be a little college in Vermont that cares about its students.

In 1938 Robert Frost sat on a table under the maples on the south lawn of the old Greatwood Manor – now Goddard College campus – and read out the following:
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I -
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
Healing Hall
Throughout the weekend there will be a diverse range of healers available to provide information on their particular therapy and offering hands-on sessions. Massage, Reflexology, Essences, Crystal healing, Reiki and Astrological counseling are among those already lined up.
Just to be on this campus amongst the trees is a healing experience and meditation in itself and, to compliment that and to help integrate the powerful information presented, there will be a meditation room permanently set up and available throughout the conference.
Location
To be held at Goddard College, Plainfield, Vermont. See right for some facts about Goddard.
Accommodation is available on site in small dormitory-style buildings. A limited number of single rooms are available and the rest will be in two-bedded rooms. Bathroom facilities are shared by several rooms on a corridor or floor.
For those requiring a different type of accommodation nearby B&Bs and hotels are available.
On-site catering is by Goddard College Catering Services. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be available along with snacks, sandwiches etc.
