In 1984 while driving on a 3 hr road trip with 4 others I saw an oval shaped craft the size of a small car. It glowed with white light but made no noise. I was sitting in the back passenger side (rt.) seat looking out the window. It flew in about 20 ft above the ground maybe 75 yards away over a creekbed. The craft paced with the car through a long curve in the road and then quiickly excellerated away through the canyon. We all saw it and it the driver slammed on the brakes probably from the shock of just seeing it. We all new that what we saw was a ufo without even saying it. The shock and realization of what we saw frightened all of us a bit. this occurred in del puerto canyon in california near hwy 5.

sounds like that doc. on the discovery channel i think but it sounds like ufo over illinois

Any reports of Military in the area?

I don't know about any military bases in the vicinity, but I would also like to ad that as crazy as it may sound; we all had the feeling that we had somehow summoned the craft with our minds............ So what do you think about this now? Has anyone heard of such a thing?
